1. Do not remove any copyrights from your forums. We do regular checks on this, so doing so will result in your forum being suspended.
2. No Adult/Warez/Hacking content. If you have any of this on your forum, it will be suspended and you may receive an IP ban from our services.
3. Forums should be in English, but if the forum administrator can communicate clearly with myBBest officials in ENGLISH, he/she will be permitted to have a forum in a different language.
4. Fill in the correct info when creating a forum. Filling in the false info will result in your forum being suspended.
5. You may not abuse bugs/glitches ANYWHERE on the myBBest Network. Doing so in your forums/Support forums/Website will result in your forums being suspended and an IP ban from our services.
6. You MAY NOT export any themes that are under a paid license. These are stricted licensed to myBBest, and you will need to purchase YOUR OWN license if you need to export it to make changes or modifications.
7. We have the right to suspend any forum breaking the TOS.

myBBest reserves the right to change the TOS at anytime. It is important to stay up to date (changes will be announced on the Support Forums). We reserve the right to remove any forum at any time for any reason if we feel it is necessary. There will be no refunds of any payment on forums that were suspended or deleted for violating our TOS. We will be updating this soon, so please remember to check back often. We will notify forum admins upon changes.
